I first made Joan back in 2021 and after a very long Summer holiday, she is now finally back for the warmer weather. A double scoop treat under the wing, this little duck is the perfect companion for your desk, or the kitchen mascot for those days of sorbet and puddings.

This cute wheel-thrown ceramic ornament is handmade in white stoneware, hand finished with ice cream cone and flavours. Underglazed, fired to biscuit temperature, then transparent glazed and high fired to stoneware cone. (Cone is also a ceramic term and not just for ice creams!)
