MCS Products 1.0 GPM Open Frame Misting Pump can support 50 Nozzles and can be paired with one of our mist line or misting fan kits.  The Open Frame Misting Pumps utilize CAT Pumps industrial duty direct drive plunger pumps with integral pressure regulating valve, operate on 120VAC, and include a liquid filled gauge for monitoring output pressure to ensure your system is operating optimally.

The misting systems work by elevating standard home water pressure, (typically 40 to 60 PSI) to a robust 1000 PSI.  This substantial increase in water pressure significantly enhances the efficiency of mist cooling and heat absorption through two key mechanisms:

Firstly, the pump\'s design allows for a greater flow of water through the nozzles, leading to more water being released and consequently, more effective cooling.

Secondly, the elevated pressure results in the production of finer, smaller mist droplets. These droplets evaporate more rapidly.  Faster evaporation leads to more efficient cooling.

MCS Products Open Frame Misting Pumps can be found in many diverse applications, including patio cooling for residential and restaurants, greenhouses, humidification systems, dust and odor control, among many others.

All MCS Products Open Frame Misting Pumps operate on 120 VAC. Dedicated 20 Amp outlet is recommended.  Maximum water inlet pressure not to exceed 65 PSI.  Output water pressure should be adjusted to 1000 PSI at time of installation.  A single filter option is include with the misting pump.  For locations with hard water, select the double filtration option with anti scale filter.
