Grown at elevations often exceeding 1,800 meters, this coffee offers a bright acidity with notes of citrus, red fruit, and a smooth, chocolatey finish. The region’s rich volcanic soil and ideal microclimate contribute to its exceptional cup quality. Farmers in Cajamarca often use traditional, sustainable methods, adding to the coffee’s authenticity and appeal.
