Symphony is our top-shelf all around blend. This blend takes inspiration from our seasonal blend Northern Lights and ramps it up with the most exclusive and exotic coffees we have available. We formed this blend to compete in the annual Golden Bean roasting competition- the largest roasting competition in the world. After the competition finished we were honored to learn this blend won two gold medals, as well as a silver medal for best espresso in North America- awards won against over 600 entries from over 100 roasters!We specifically formed this blend to be featured as straight espresso, roasting each element separately to find the point where the sugars are just caramelized enough to not be too sour in an espresso, while still offering tons of sweetness and fruitiness. This is the highest scoring coffee we have ever offered in our two decades of existence. Expect flavors across the fruit and berry spectrum. We often get notes of blueberry and strawberry, with hints of grape, orange sherbet, cherry, and nectarine.
