Finca La Montaña, located in the Alotepec-Metapán mountain range, has been run by the Ochoa family since 1986. Today, Francisco Alexander carries on his father Raul\'s legacy with passion and innovation. The farm made history by being the first in El Salvador to win the Cup of Excellence with a Pacamara. In 2023, a new batch of Pacamara took 4th place with a score of 89.89 points.

Processing

This batch was treated using the honey process method, a technique that preserves part of the mucilage during drying. This approach intensifies the bean\'s natural sugars and accentuates Pacamara\'s aromatic complexity.

Sensory profile

This coffee stands out for its floral notes of rose and peach, enriched by a hint of cardamom. On the palate: honey, dark chocolate, mango, pineapple and pear, with a complex finish marked by nuances of tobacco, Gala apple and almond. An expressive, smooth and persistent cup.
