   Each piece of patterned candy has two cut faces: one displays the image or lettering the correct way, and the other shows a mirrored or reversed version — this is a natural result of the handcrafting process.

   Since all shaping is done by hand, the thickness and alignment of the sugar rods may vary slightly, meaning no two candies are ever exactly the same in structure or appearance.
