Embroidered Spa Headband Please read full description before ordering 

If your logo is very detailed with thin lines and more than 2 colors there will be an additional $10-$65 fee to digitize it. These type of files at a smaller 2.5\" size are very difficult to make into an embroidery file and require a digital designer to do them.

Once you place your order please email us  your logo to @allthatgraceboutiqueconsign@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review your logo and let you know if it will need the additional fee added. The logo in the photos needed a $10 added fee to create the design just for reference but I\'ve had others that need a $65 fee due to all the lines and details. See logo photo supplied and see final product. 

This will allow your logo to be made into a file for embroidery. 

Please understand it\'s embroidery and it will not look exactly like your logo as we don\'t have the specific logo colors. We try and match to your exact colors. We will supply you with photos of the colors we will use. Placement for the ones you will get will be in the middle of the headband if you want placement like the photograph those are at an extra charge. If you know the exact color used in your logo we can order the exact thread at an extra fee. That will be sent in a separate invoice if you decide to order that option. 

We use a stabilizer and do double stitching to avoid any missing areas, so the embroidery will be a bit stiff at first. Once you wash and have the headband in place and closed the image will smooth out. Care instructions will be supplied in your order.  Do not cut any strings on back of garment as those are there to keep it intact. 

No returns or refunds once order is placed. 

Embroidery timeframe is 7-14 business days with an extra 1-2 digitizing business days.  If you order a large quantity add on the same timeframe per order. We try and complete all orders within 5 days but we are a 2 people team and all orders are fulfilled in order of receipt. These require double stitching. Which means we run the design over twice.
